TLT Manufacturing is a group of companies building an electronics manufacturing hub in Vilnius, Lithuania. Their goal is to vertically integrate electronics manufacturing in one location—combining design, tooling, production, and full manufacturing services, from plastic injection molding to printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication to electronics assembly. In September 2025, they officially opened High-Tech Hill, their technology hub, which launched four new plants: two EMS facilities, a PCB plant, and a plastic injection molding facility. What's particularly noteworthy is that their PCB plant is the first greenfield PCB facility to open in Europe in the last 20years—a bold move, especially considering Europe's stringent environmental and sustainability requirements for businesses.
