Schleuniger Cut & Strip Family E300
The Cut & Strip Family E300 cut and strip machine impresses with high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as insulation such as PVC, PUR or Teflon in high-precision quality. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.05 to 10 mm² (36 to 8 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm (0.012" to 0.31"). Different belt materials and the included short piece kit allow a wide range of applications. Blades and guides of the predecessor model EcoStrip 9380 are compatible. The contact pressure on the feeding unit is programmable. This allows for very fine and targeted adjustments. The E300 is equipped with a two-in-one quick-change feeding unit suitable for roller drives, including a short piece kit for the processing of short cables. On the E300, changing the feeding unit to the short piece kit is software assisted. The gripping axis is programmable and ensures accurate transport of the cable. The intuitive interface of the S.Drive software facilitates the creation of jobs and article programs, and increases overall performance. Predefined and verified default parameters support quick creation of processing jobs.

Schleuniger Strip Series B240
The Strip Series B240 is a programmable strip machine for the stepped processing of coaxial cables as well as the processing of multiconductor and single-conductor cables. Equipped with two rotary blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 to 6 A WG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 39 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”). Even challenging materials such as PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel® or textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes. The B240 also processes micro-coaxial cables with a diameter of up to 0.8 mm (0.02”) without the need for changeovers. Repeat accuracy, mechanical precision and short work cycles ensure high productivity. The blades and universal clamp jaws on the B240 can be used across the entire range of cable processing applications – machine downtimes due to changeovers are eliminated. The focus on ergonomic operation and programming via a 5" color touch screen with good accessibility further increase productivity. The B240 is quick to deploy and is particularly easy to operate without programming knowledge thanks to its state-of-the-art, intuitive software interface.

Schleuniger Strip Series B340
The Strip Series B340 stripping machine boasts a wide range of performance. Equipped with four rotary X-shaped blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 16 mm² (36 – 5 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”). Repeat accuracy, mechanical precision and short work cycles ensure high productivity. The blades and universal clamping jaws on the B340 can be used across the entire range of cable processing applications – machine downtimes due to changeovers are eliminated. The focus on ergonomic operation and programming via a 5" color touch screen with good accessibility further increase productivity. The B340 is quick to deploy and is extremely easy to operate without programming knowledge thanks to its state-of-the-art, user-friendly software interface.

Schleuniger Strip Series B300
In its price class, the portable B300 stripping machine opens up completely new possibilities for fast and at the same time reliable stripping of cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm2 (32 to 8 AWG). The ergonomic machine design and the completely revised user interface on the high-resolution 5” color touchscreen offer unrivaled ease of use. The B300 is extremely ease to operate, even without programming knowledge. Simplified input screen content and the guided menu navigation make for intuitive handling. Process parameters stored in the software allow out-of-the-box use for the common functions of stripping with full and partial pull-off and recutting. More complex applications, the storing of articles, or a customer-specific process parameterization can be achieved with the optional software upgrade. The repeat accuracy, mechanical precision and short work cycles ensure high productivity in common stripping applications.

ZOLLER + FRÖHLICH Stripper AI 01
The basic model AI 01 is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Exact stripping of different insulated wires up to an outer diameter of 5 mm is possible. Adjustments are very easy to handle. In addition a special funnel to infeed a thin wire is also delivered.

Modular stripper crimper Z+F EVOCRIMP
The Z+F EVOCRIMP is an electric stripper-crimper for insulated ferrules. This machine allows the universal and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules from 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14). The compact and reliable design fits into the „EVO-Line“.

Universal stripper-crimper UNIC-GV
The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

EKRA 6000 - The autonomous Printer
