Plastic Injection & Tooling Services

Our plastic injection moulding service is set to expand significantly with the construction of a new 27,100 square meter facility, slated to be one of the largest in Lithuania. Located in Vilnius at Teltonika High-Tech Hill, this state-of-the-art factory will feature advanced technology for producing plastic parts and custom moulds. The three-floor building will be a major step in Teltonika's vertical integration strategy, enabling the company to handle all key electronics manufacturing processes in-house, reducing supply chain dependencies, and speeding up product launches.

Once completed, the facility will employ around 300 experts, including mechanical engineers, automation specialists, and equipment adjusters, who will operate cutting-edge machinery capable of combining various materials such as rubber, plastic, and metal. This will enhance product quality and reduce the time to market for new products by 50%. In line with sustainability goals, the factory will run on renewable energy and recycle most plastic waste back into production. The new facility is expected to further Teltonika’s commitment to excellence and sustainability in the plastics industry.
