TLT Electronics
About us
TLT Manufacturing is a group of companies building an electronics manufacturing hub in Vilnius, Lithuania. Their goal is to vertically integrate electronics manufacturing in one location—combining design, tooling, production, and full manufacturing services, from plastic injection molding to printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication to electronics assembly.
In September 2025, they officially opened High-Tech Hill, their technology hub, which launched four new plants: two EMS facilities, a PCB plant, and a plastic injection molding facility. What's particularly noteworthy is that their PCB plant is the first greenfield PCB facility to open in Europe in the last 20years—a bold move, especially considering Europe's stringent environmental and sustainability requirements for businesses.

Plastic Injection & Tooling Services
Our plastic injection moulding service is set to expand significantly with the construction of a new 27,100 square meter facility, slated to be one of the largest in Lithuania. Located in Vilnius at Teltonika High-Tech Hill, this state-of-the-art factory will feature advanced technology for producing plastic parts and custom moulds. The three-floor building will be a major step in Teltonika's vertical integration strategy, enabling the company to handle all key electronics manufacturing processes in-house, reducing supply chain dependencies, and speeding up product launches. Once completed, the facility will employ around 300 experts, including mechanical engineers, automation specialists, and equipment adjusters, who will operate cutting-edge machinery capable of combining various materials such as rubber, plastic, and metal. This will enhance product quality and reduce the time to market for new products by 50%. In line with sustainability goals, the factory will run on renewable energy and recycle most plastic waste back into production. The new facility is expected to further Teltonika’s commitment to excellence and sustainability in the plastics industry.

New PCB manufacturing facility in Europe
PCB boards are the foundation of electronics, powering every aspect of its operation. As we already produce plastics and electronics, the missing link in the supply chain is the production of the PCB boards itself. Building a PCB factory in Vilnius is strategic move that will help us become a one-stop-shop manufacturer of electronics with a great location for European product owners.
