Conformal coating is an electrically insulating protective coating that protects circuit boards and electronic components against demanding environmental conditions, such as moisture, chemicals, corrosion, temperature changes and vibrations.

The protective coating acts as a barrier against external influences and helps to extend the life of the electronics, increase operational reliability and reduce the risk of malfunctions.
