Our ambition is to offer production equipment and materials for optimal manufacturing processes of circuit boards as well as ESD protective materials to ensure the quality of the manufacturing environment and the end product. For 40 years, ESD-Center has helped our customers manufacture, assemble and service electronics in a profitable, efficient and sustainable way in order to remain competitive in a global market.

Tagarno T50
Tagarno Digital microscope is an inspectionsystem with very high resolution for outstanding picture quality. The equipment was developed with focus for optimized posture and improved ergonomics over traditional microscopes. All Tagarno different systems are ideally suited for such manual inspection, assembly and soldering, repair and overhaul, quality control and at training. Thanks to the design, there is plenty of room under the camera which helps in such soldering. Among lot of accessories there are several apps for measuring, compare and stacking images. We also offer stands, lighting and lenses for different magnification.
Motorized Workbench
Our premium workbenches comes in various sizes . The motorized height adjustment between 690 - 1180mm is fast and easy. The workbenches can be equipped with different options shelves, lightning, C-profile among other. All standard items is painted with a dissipative paint.
Europlacer Stencil Printer
The Europlacer ii-P7 is a top-tier screen printer renowned for its exceptional performance and unique features. It incorporates 1-micron linear encoders on every axis, ensuring consistent precision to deliver perfectly defined prints. Controlled by our advanced ii-PS software, the ii-P7 seamlessly integrates into both high mix and high-volume production environments. Furthermore, it provides functionalities for supplemental solder paste and adhesive dispensing via ADu+ and supports the application of barcode labels through S-Track, enabling comprehensive process traceability from the very start of the production process.
PVA Coating Robot
The Delta 8 is a flexible robotic conformal coating/dispensing system that is ideal for selective coating, potting and meter-mix dispensing applications. Conceptualized for maximum flexibility, the system can also be configured for custom assembly applications. Maintaining the preferred features of previous workcells, the Delta 8 features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform suitable for inline or batch operations. Improved structural and gantry rigidity have been added for robustness and easier access.

ESD Test station PGT130
PGT130DT is a compact test system for accurate testing and documentation of personnel grounding with shoes,wrist strap and ESD smock. PGT130 comes with integrated data terminal and RFID reader. Several devices can be combined in a network and synchronized centrally with the DataTermD software.
MB Tech Cleaning machine
The PCB cleaner N25 you achieve extremly good cleaning results indepentent if you use is for "misprints", residues before coating or removing coating. Thank to a combination of spray under immersion, vertical movement and air bubbles (ultrasonic as option) minimize risks with shadow effects. After cleaning and rinsing steps the PCB is dried in a vacuumtank which ensures that all liquid and moisture are removed without baking. N25 has a 100% closed loop system with low process costs.
