Customized battery packs of the highest quality
ACTEC offers a wide range of tailor-made solutions for battery packs that meet all the customer's energy needs. The requirements of the application, such as charging options, available space and operating conditions, determine the type of battery chemistry, number of cells and the shape of the battery pack. We have extensive experience in designing battery packs, and perform analyses that ensure optimal service life, including functional tests, climate tests in stressful environments and thermography analysis to map heat generation and the battery pack's ability to get rid of heat.

Nickel Metal Hydride batteries (Ni-MH)
Ni-MH battery technology is the successor to Ni-Cd (nickel cadmium) technology, used for rechargeable and portable devices. Panasonic offers standard batteries for common applications and a state-of-the-art high temperature battery family that delivers excellent reliability at high ambient temperatures and demanding conditions. Nickel Metal Hydride batteries are ideal for less complex and cost-sensitive applications. The Ni-MH batteries are especially designed for solar-powered applications, automotive and power tools.
In-house battery testing centre
At our own battery testing centre, we carry out an advanced, comprehensive quality control of your battery solution, both while we are developing it for you and before we deliver the final ready-to-use solution. At the testing centre, the functionality of your power profile is tested in real time or in an intensified test in a climatic test chamber. We conduct stress tests at a high load rate, high temperature and low temperature. We carry out a thermographic analysis of your battery pack’s heat emissions.
Your battery pack from idea to reality
It is always possible to leave it up to ACTEC to develop your battery pack based on a meeting, at which you explain your special preferences and requirements for the solution. Sometimes, however, it can be a good idea to learn more about your available options. This is why ACTEC provides a workshop for one or more of your employees so we can thoroughly introduce them to the options provided by the latest battery technology.
LiFePO4 batteries light, reliable and ready to use
The rechargeable LiFePO4 batteries has a high level of safety through the use of cylindrical cells in lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology and are ready to use, have built-in battery management and offer more than doubled capacity to half weight and fullness. Transport approved, CE, RoHS and UN38.3 certified.
